All irregularities and flaws are considered as a celebration of handcrafted.

These pieces are oven friendly, microwave safe and happy in a dishwasher.

We recommend a mild dishwashing cycle or handwashing with mild detergent. Please don't use harsh metal scrubs to wash.

Ensure the pieces have fully dried before storing them away.

Avoid sudden temperature changes. In winters, don't put them directly on a stone slab after warming them in an oven or microwave. Put them on a wooden board or lay a cloth on kitchen counter.

This piece ships within 7 working days.

No returns or exchanges are possible on products delivered in perfect condition.

In case of any breakages in transit, please send us a photo within 24 hrs or receiving the product and we will issue a refund. We will not be able to take any requests beyond that period.
