Refund policy
What is the return policy?
Products purchased through the webstore cannot be returned or refunded. Similarly, once a custom order has been completed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Given the fragile nature of the ceramics, we do not accept any returns.
What if a piece arrives broken?
While the pieces are packed with utmost care, accidents are inevitable. Should a piece be found broken upon arrival, please send me a picture of it within 24 hours of its delivery and I will refund you for the broken piece. Any requests after that will not be entertained.
In case you wish to receive a replacement, I'd be happy to make it for you. The shipping in this case will have to be borne be you. Given the time consuming nature of the material, it might take a few weeks to make a new piece.
