Meet the Artist

Anumita is a potter and designer who runs A Clay Story—a small-batch pottery studio from her cosy studio in New Delhi.

Her design philosophy centers around creating timeless pieces, rooted in function and designed to last, to be loved and cherished. With nature as her muse, the ceramics draw upon organic shapes, rustic textures and muted palettes. 

She hopes that each creation settles into the rhythm of our daily rituals, to be loved and cherished as quiet echoes of the earth inviting us to slow down and appreciate the beauty in everyday life.
