These flat platters, with foot, have a texture on the surface. Since they were made in the month of May last year, the heat led to quick and uneven drying so the texture opened up in parts. The "surface cracks" are because of that but won't hamper functionality. These are remaining from a batch made for restaurant.
CARE : These pieces are oven friendly, microwave safe and happy in a dishwasher. However, we do recommend a mild dishwasher cycle or handwashing with mild detergent. Also ensure they are completely dry after washing before you store them away.
