This does not have a hole at the base, it is a holder that can take the whole pot in. You can use a small terracotta planter or a plastic one that fits inside, pot a plant in that and keep it inside this, You can clean/wash this easily if the water and mud collects inside.

Please note that every piece is handcrafted and will have slight variations in sizes and shapes. All irregularities and flaws are considered as a celebration of handcrafted.
